The second lower living room has a bar area, with a record player/bluetooth speaker, Smart TV, gas fireplace (available during colder months) & a new leather sleeper sofa (queen). The 3rd bedroom has a luxury queen organic mattress as well as night stands, table lamps, a closet and luggage racks. Just outside the bedroom is another new midcentury modern full bath.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven/range, dishwasher, small appliances (coffee maker, blender, food processor, immersion blender, salad spinner, toaster oven, microwave, and plenty of cookware including new kitchen aide ceramic nonstick pots and pans . There are plates, glasses, silverware, and red & white wine glasses. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, gadgets, spices & cooking oils.
