Lovely, quite leafy street. Very quite location unlike blocks of units, listen to the birds, not the neighbors.

Cafe and Deli just 100 meters up the street. 24 hour convenience store 1 km away. Kings park and plenty of restaurants also in walking distance.

Very comfortable king size bed in the bedroom for a great nights sleep.
Lovely secluded courtyard. Sofa bed in living room converts to a queen size bed for third occupant or 2 children (book for 3 people if this is the case).
Apartment adjoins main house but has separate entry and no common space at all. Guest areas are separate living room, kitchen/dining, bedroom and bathroom/laundry.
Parking is available right in front of the apartment.

There are bus stops very close to the apartment that will run to Perth city, but for a quicker more direct run to either Perth city or Fremantle, there is a train station only about 1 km away.
