After a short flight of stairs, you reach a stylish and immaculately presented first floor air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with secure underground parking is set within tranquil gardens and centrally located in Subiaco. The apartment is just a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, bus and train routes, Regal theatre and King Edward Memorial Hospital. Specialist doctors, medical centres and major hospitals (Sir Charles Gardiner, St John of God and Perth Children Hospital) are 5 minutes away by car and easily accessible by public transport.
The lounge and dining areas are light and spacious. TV, WIFI, DVD player are provided along with a range of DVD’s, books and magazines.
The fully equipped modern kitchen comes complete with microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, toaster and full sized fridge and dishwasher. A complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ of basic pantry requirements such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, bread, butter, spreads and milk are supplied upon arrival. Great Location

Only stayed one night but perfect location. We parked the car and walked. Unit spotless with plenty of provisions.

Trevor was a great host. Little extra touches like a loaf of bread, coffee and tea, butter and spreads, and fully stocked pantry for cooking and even a new bottle of milk meant that you were settled in from the get go and did not even need to run to the supermarket on ingress day.

Great place

Lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay. Convenient location and very thoughtful touches like a loaf of bread, butter and milk. It has every convenience you could need.

Great little unit

I booked the very last minute (the night before) and Trevor couldn't be more helpful. We arrived late (9pm) and Trevor met us with the keys and gave some instructions. Given we had an early dr appointment at nearby hospital we did not stay for long but the unit was well equipped and tastefully decorated. Trevor also left a fresh loaf of bread and milk etc for breakfast which was much appreciated. Will definitely come back and stay again.
