Unique 3 floor Town House very close to the City Center!

Charming house with all modern conveniences. very close to the city center. A sunny terrace on top floor with a fantastic view and a private patio with furniture. . Perfect for families.

The area is nice for walking, jogging and swimming. 150 m to big playground with a small baby paddling pool.

I takes about 3-5 minutes walk to reach the bus and tram stop.. It's 3 km (10 min by bus) to urban area with shopping mall, metro station and several well reputed restaurants by the water front.

Allergics, please note!
A dog (short-haired) normally lives in the house.
However, the house is very well cleaned.

Tolles, sehr großes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Innenstadt und sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut per Bahn/Bus erreichbar. 10 Minuten Fußweg zu einer hübschen Badestelle direkt auf der Insel.

Es waren schöne Tage, danke an unsere Gastheber für die tolle Unterkunft. Der Mail Kontakt zum Vermietet war sehr gut, alles bedacht und gut vorbereitet. In 20 Minuten ist man in der City per Bus oder Tram. Fussläufig erreichbar. Einzig der Lärm der nahen Autobahn war sehr störend draußen. Im Haus war es leise. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nice and comfortable house

We had some wonderful days and nights in this house. The location is very central in Stockholm on an island so that several points on our todo-list could be reached easily by bike or e-scooter. E-scooter of several brands could be found in the whole city. The house looks exactly like our expectations from the pictures here at fewo-direkt and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is quite well equipped. When we had to contact the host at the beginning of our trip we get very fast feedback and a solution. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday there. Tip: Try the Restaurang La Isola Grande on the same island

Stylish townhouse in a quiet area. Perfect for my group of colleagues on our faculty trip.

Great place to stay if you want to be outside the bustle of the central part of the city yet with access to public transportation. We loved the hominess of the townhouse.
