West Jefferson Condo Lake Access

Come see these beautiful views for yourself! Newly renovated 2-story condo on clean, spring-fed lake. We are located right on the peaceful & serene Lake Ashe with direct lake access via our new dock, lake toys, and a deck overlooking gorgeous year-round water & woods views. Despite being nestled in the quiet mountain side, we are just 10 minutes from historic downtown West Jefferson, a vineyard, a golf course, hiking, New River access & Blue Ridge parkway access. 30 minutes to Boone.

The space:
This condo was fully renovated at the end of 2024! The 2 story condo has walk-up access from parking lot with space for 4 vehicles. The first floor features a half bath, full kitchen, solid-wood dining room table for 4, large living room with brand new solid wood furniture and a beautiful lake view. The living room also has a queen-size pull out couch with a memory foam topper. Step outside the sliding door onto the spacious deck with a front row seat to the gorgeous views of our private community lake.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and memory foam topper, large closet with dresser and TV with amazon Fire stick. The second bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam topper, large closet and plenty of space for a pack&play. They share a brand new renovated full bathroom. All rooms have baseboard heat and portable AC units are in the closet of both bedrooms for the couple Summer months you may need it.

Guests have access to private condo dock as well as lake toys like kayaks, river tubes and floaties, 2 charcoal grills and a small pavilion for hanging out & grilling!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not cut on the counter tops! I know they are wood so its tempting. Cutting boards provided in drawers.

Exceptional place!Quiet, lovely in decoration, size, and location. We used it to ski at Appalachian Ski Mountain and it was a great place to stay during the evening. Has a washer, dryer, ample coffee, great shower and comfortable beds! The host is easily accessible and we felt like we were staying at a family’s condo!

We really enjoyed staying in Abigail’s condo/townhome. Her unit is completely renovated, very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are super comfortable. And the view out back of the lake is amazing! We loved having our morning coffee with that view. It is also convenient to many sight seeing adventures (downtown West Jefferson, the farmers market, Blue Ridge Pkwy, Boone…to name some we checked out). All-in-all a MUCH better choice for us than a hotel and a lot more room. We are looking forward to returning!

I went on a Valentines day date with my husband and we were staying in Boone but we took a day trip to West Jefferson for the first time and we fell in love and decided it was the perfect place for a second property.

What makes this property unique

My mountain condo comes with gorgeous lake views. We are one of the only bodies of water in the western NC mountains and we love to share the views with family, friends and guests! The water is perfect for swimming in the Summer time, giving us beautiful mountain Fall and Winters with the fun Summer vibes of a lake house!
