My daughter and I went to visit my son at ASU. The home was very clean and met all of our needs. It was very comfortable and an easy, pretty drive over to the school. We really liked the deck area!
We were pleased with this house. It was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable. It was well stocked. I enjoyed the large deck out front to sit and read. I liked that you felt like you were out, but there were homes close by. The drive into Boone was not too long. Will definitely stay again!

Very Clean!
This is one of the neatest and cleanest VRBOs I've ever stayed at. It is located right off Hwy 421, very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Hopped on it and in 20 minutes we were in Blowing Rock. I recommend Canyons Restaurant. Unbelievable views and great food.
Very clean, and so much more to offer than a hotel. Close enough to Boone but far enough away that you know it. My only negative is the window A/C unit, it is noisy. But overall, I would stay here again for sure.
The property was very clean. It was easy to get to and close to a lot of activities that we were interested in doing. I would certainly return. The check-in process was super easy. The views in the from the deck were nice in the morning as you enjoy your cup of coffee.
Beautiful surroundings - great proximity to Boone and Blue Ridge Parkway. The home was VERY clean! The only thing we didn't like was the master bed was way too spongy and leaned down on either side (probably from age). If the mattress was replaced, we would definitely return!
The house was clean when we arrived, key in lock box - very easy to check in and out. The house had everything we needed for the weekend - plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, pots and pans for cooking. Everything was in good condition. We very much appreciated that no smoking or pets were allowed. It made the house much cleaner and fresher. Took us about 17 minutes to drive to App State campus. Very easy drive. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location
A/C was very noisy. Keys only opened back door, not the front. TV did not work in the bedroom. There was supposed to be a switch for the light on yhe power pole, i could not find it.
Exactly as advertised. Clean. Comfortable. Absolutely no complaints. Would stay here again.

No need for air conditioning. Used heat some. The mobile home heated quickly but also cooled down quickly. Heat register in main bedroom was under head of bed causing heat to be trapped under bed. Only one bathroom on opposite end of unit from main bedroom. Location was good in relation to Boone.
Very satisfied. We felt like we were in the woods although neighbors were not really very far. Internet excellent. Plenty of clean sheets and towels. Kitchen well stocked. Everything exactly as advertised. Owner responded quickly to questions. As a single-wide, it was a little small and doors a bit creaky, but we expected that, and it was no issue. We did not use the A/C or heat due to the beautiful weather during our stay.
The place is super cozy. It's a mobile home in the countryside, so it has that feel to it, but it's clean and well kept. Front deck is great. Secluded but easy access to everything. Sweet country diner just down the road. The hosts are great. Easy going, quick feedback.
We were there for an App State campus tour. It was only 15 minutes from campus but it is a nice quiet rural place. We also went hiking and there are many places to choose from that are all about 50 minutes or less drive.
The property seemed very clean. There were neighbors, but not close by. We had a delightful time in the snow and enjoyed the location. The only thing that we had a problem with was getting around when the snow hit. Even our AWD SUV could not get up Wildcat road to even turn in to North Star where the property was located. A nice couple driving by helped us get back to the warmth. The Heater is very good, but also very loud. For a few moments we thought a horn was blasting, then found all of the heat registers were closed. Opening them dropped the decibel level.
Always nice and clean, have stayed here before. Was concerned that it may be a bit cold as the forecast called for below freezing temps the weekend we were to be there. Was definitely not cold in the residence. Quite warm, very nice. However, the sound of the heating system when engaged is noisy. To be expected in a small unit as this. Overall, very pleased. Will stay again.
