Unplug and unwind in this vacation home located on 12 acres of land, with 400 feet of river front in the middle of the bovines. Take a walk out the back to the Salmon River or cross the street to gain access to C5A Snowmobile/ATV Trail.

With NY Trail C5A nearby, we are perfectly located to make your next snowmobile/ATV trip easy and fun. From the beautifully groomed C5A, you can explore everything the New York State Tug Hill area has to offer. Use the 3 story barn to safely store sleds and other equipment.

The property is located on the Salmon River between the Trestle Pool and Ellis Cove. A walk out the backdoor puts you on the river in minutes or you can take a short drive down Route 13 to one of your favorite spots.

With nearly 2000 square feet of space you have plenty of room to spread out. There are 5 bedrooms with 8 beds total. All beds have pillows, linens and a comforter. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals. An open floor plan includes an 8-person dining table and living room has a 52-inch flat screen with X-Box 360 to play games or DVD's. A mudroom makes it easy to get in out of the cold and has a washer and dryer for your use.

The house and bed linens are cleaned after every stay to ensure a clean and comfortable experience.

* There is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath barn on the property. Since we also enjoy visiting the area from time to time we may be using the barn during your stay. However, we will remain out of the way and will not access the house or deck during your stay. Prior to booking please let us know if this is an inconvenience for you and we will try to adjust our schedule.

Awesome place

We went up with 3 families snowmobiling for a weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. Everything from the start of the booking till the end was easy. The place was much bigger than expected and at a great location right on the trails and a couple minutes down the road on the trails from the Tailwater if you wanted to go for a nice dinner on snowmobiles. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Just Right!

My group of long time Salmon River junkies had a great time. Even though the Kings were a plenty, we targeted Steely’s and Coho of which we landed a bunch. This place was perfect especially if you’re no fan of the Pondarosa. Great kitchen and outside grill for cooking, spacious rooms for sleeping and great sitting areas after slugging around in corkers all day. Keith responded to my every question within minutes. Very cool place, it does not disappoint! Thanks Keith, probably see you next year.

Terrific time salmon fishing with Dad and Sons

Fall Fishing Trio

Group of 5 on our annual fishing trip. House was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast and dinner. It’s nice to walk to a very good section of the river.

Most responsive property owner ever!

Not everything was perfect. We happened to rent during the hottest stretch in years and the A/C was struggling to keep up. The property owner quickly sprang into action to make sure we were comfortable! Absolutely stellar service! Our family gathered there for a quick getaway. If I was going fishing with some guys, this place would be perfect!!!

Wonderful stay

Nice property. Perfect for fly fishermen. Ideally located to the fly zones and access out the back door to the river. Lots of space to stretch out and relax after a long day on the stream. Fire pit is awesome. I do wish there were a covered area outdoors to enjoy an after dinner cigar when it is raining.

We are five old gezers who love to fish. With five bedrooms this house was perfect for our needs.we especially liked the bench,storage shelves and coat hooks in the laundry room,it made suiting up a breeze. We definitely plan to come back next year

Ideal location for fishing!!

The home is exactly as advertised!! and communication with Keith was simple and easy. The location was perfect for our group who were in the area for some steelhead fishing, close to all of our favorite holes. The house is warm spacious and accommodated our group of eight fantastically well!! We have been making a trip over for the steelhead run as a group for about 10 years now and this was by far the best accommodations we have had to date. We hope to be back again next year!!
