The villa is very nice and comfortable. We appreciated the location for wonderful sunsets. The bathrooms are quite small so a little inconvenient. The decks are very nice, but not private, so it could be noisy and nosey. A map of the resort would have been helpful for getting around. We were never told that you need a wristband to use the resort facilities. We couldn’t even go to the Tiki bar for a drink.

Disappointed! Most of the furniture needs to be replaced. It is either stained or worn. One of the kitchen cabinets did not close. Most of the kitchen cabinets were dirty around the handles. The bathrooms need to be redone. The grout lines are very thick and moldy. There are stains on the bathroom ceiling that look like a water leak. The towels need to be replaced very thin and worn looking. At night you can hear running water in one of the bedrooms even though no water is on. There is very limited space on one side of the beds in one of the two bedrooms. If you rent the boat dock it is not a 5 min walk more like 10. Not a typical VRBO property
