Family-Friendly Home on Lake Hartwell!

Beautiful 3 level lakefront home. Come and enjoy a family vacation on Lake Hartwell. Plenty of room for multiple families to share this 6 bedroom, 5 bath house with 2 master suites with King size beds and a bunk room with 3 bunk beds (6 twin beds). Fully screened in back deck with seating area and dining area separated by a fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, multiple crock pots and a Keurig (just bring your own k-cups) as well as a regular drip coffee maker. 2 full size refrigerators and one beverage fridge so bring everything you need for a week. Maximum size dock with covered and open areas, 2 ladders (one sloped for ease of use) and a water-level bench. Large private beach for digging and building sand castles. 2 kayaks available for use. Very close to Harbor Light Marina where you can rent a boat or bring your own and keep in the open slip on the dock. Foosball table, puzzles, board games, tons of kids toys, PS-3 and 2 TVs in case of a rainy day. Pets are welcome for an additional fee ($250), just please keep them out of the bedrooms and have them remain on the screened in porch until they are dry if they are swimmers. Please be aware that if you bring a pet and do not pay the pet fee before you arrive we will charge an additional fee of $500.

This was our second time our family stayed here for a Clemson graduation. This house was more than able to handle our large family group comfortably. The property is in excellent condition and well stocked with plush towels and bedding. Kitchen has everything needed for a large family and even included many extras like spices and condiments.The kids loved the beach and kayaks and beach toys that were provided. The dock is in excellent condition with a lot of seating. I only wish we all could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing a bit of paradise with my family.

The property is beautiful and perfect for a large family. The access to the dock was easy for my elderly father as we were able to use a golf cart to and from the dock. The location on the lake was perfect for access to the local marina. The kids enjoyed the beach along the property. Communication with the host was easy and she always responded promptly.

Perfect place for family reunion

Our whole family loved everything about this property. The owners are very thoughtful in supplying things like chairs on their dock, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, a kitchen that has all the meal prep things you could need, games and toys for kids and much more. The layout of the house is great for a large family with multiple generations. We had an amazing time!

This was a beautiful home and the owners were very accessible. Lots of supplies (think preparing Thanksgiving dinner in someone elses kitchen)lol. SO VERY APPRECIATIVE !! There was an issue with the heat on the main level and it never came on fully. Despite their best efforts the owners were not able to remedy the situation- but this did not stop us. We made it work- and their positive attitude and their constant communication was appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great property for families and reunions! I really can’t sleep as many people as I advertise comfortably, although we never had it that high on the people count. Great amenities, great position on the lake, close to Harbor light Marina where you can rent boats and such. The home is well-kept, well appointed and beautiful! If this is available, you should book now!

Wonderful week on the lake

Amazing property we had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for the week. The hill to the water is steep but the use of the golf cart was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Will definitely stay again when we come back. Thank you so much for sharing you home with use.

Family Gathering

This was our first getaway since Covid. The property definitely met our expectations. The children absolutely enjoyed their stay. There were plenty of games for all ages. Even though the temperature was on the cool side they bravely jumped into the lake for a quick swim. We would love to spend time in the summer there.

Amazing Lake House

We were able to have our family reunion at this beautiful lake home and property. The house is more than accommodating, and the dock and private beach are exceptional. We rented a boat for the week so we had a great time spending as much time on the lake as possible. The house is setup perfectly for all the different ages of our family members. Definitely recommend staying here for anyone who wants to have a home, property, and location to enjoy.

The Lake Week

This was our second stay at this amazing property. Owner is fantastic and very responsive. Can’t say enough about the house. Plenty of space we had 14 this trip from 12-70 years of age. Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple eating locations and the lake and the dock with your own beach is amazing. We will come back again no need to look for any place else to stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful if you're looking for a great getaway location on a lake. The patio fireplace was definitely put to good use. There was plenty of room for all family members aging in range from early 20's to mid 80's to spread out when needed and all come together too. It was a postcard Thanksgiving with perfectly fall colored leaves everywhere and deer walking through the yard. We saw one group of at least 10. Our young photographer in the family was in heaven. The Host recommended a local bakery and it did not disappoint! My family had a wonderful time and some plan to try to book the property at a later date if available. We would definitely return.

Amazing Property

The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils. pots and pans, storage containers, etc. Complete with choices of spices too Plenty of dishwashing soap and towels. Wi-Fi was string enough for 2-3 of us to work when necessary. A/C worked well and kept the house cool. Family and friends enjoyed the dick and beach. Even the dog had a good time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lake getaway. Grocery stores within a 20 minute ride. Screened in porch was wonderful, as was the golf cart for going back and forth to the dock/beach.
