Sandy Shores #201 - Imagine sitting on your own private balcony that offers unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand of Madeira Beach!! You can enjoy this and more when reserving this Direct Beach View 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. This large open plan beach retreat has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Sandy Shores #201 is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, chances are, you will never want to leave! Bathed in soft neutral colors that compliment the Florida landscape, here is your relaxing home away from home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware, including coffeemaker and microwave. A dining area seats four and is a perfect spot for casual family dining or playing board games. The living room is a spacious area where you can rest after a wonderful day outside, or perhaps to enjoy a movie night with the large flat screen television. Step outside to the balcony and take in the beach views.
The bedroom is bright and spacious with two queen size beds. Sleeper sofa in the living area affords extra sleeping.

Free Wifi included. There is no phone in this condo. Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Like all SunHost properties, you will find our vacation rentals meticulous. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Linens, towels and pillows are provided.

Guests are not only steps away from the fabulous beach, pool, and BBQ facilities, but also popular John's Pass Village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Amazing vacation!

This was the perfect place to bring two of my grandchildren for their first Florida vacation. The property was clean and conveniently located. We were able to walk across the street for our pirate cruise and our dolphin cruise. No worries about parking. I would definitely come stay again.

The interior was just remodeled. Beautiful view. Pool was great and beach access was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Only drawback for us, the mattress was very hard. Hurt joints - slept on the sofa 3 nights.

Girls trip for a long weekend. We picked this condo for the direct beach access and location to John’s Pass. The condition of the interior is lacking. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Furniture was dated and worn. Floors were dirty. No extra amenities like shampoo or paper towels. Would not return.

Highly recommend this condo!

My family and I loved our stay. The location is perfect. Within minutes of walking you have gift shops, restaurants and ice cream shops right behind the condo complex. The views were amazing sitting on the patio. Check-in/out was seamless and easy. We plan to visit again. The upkeep/cleaning was not as detailed as I personally clean but for a week stay it was no biggie. We had our 15 month old so rented some items from babyquip, which worked great. It was nice just being steps from the beach to get nap times in:) Just an fyi regarding having a toddler- some exposed electrical cords, glass table, no tub drain (plugged it with wash cloth), but totally managed.

Great place to stay, clean, ocean front. Lacked in a few things, no extra blankets, no paper towels, beds are kinda hard, not a lot of bath towels. If you like a quiet Place this isn’t for you. You are right above the pool. Walking distance to everything Johns Pass. We would rent again! Lot more positives than negatives!

This room had the best furniture, and the kitchen was so perfectly stocked. The location, the amenities... everything is great, can't wait for next year!

The condo had a spectacular beach-/seaview from livingroom and balcony. Nice pool area, clean and well maintained and equipped with enough loungers. Large parking area on ground level with reserved spacious parking lot for each unit. Keyless access / protection to staircase, elevator, beach In&out with 4 digit PIN, to Condo with 6 digit PIN 😊, no worries about keys. Staircase and elevator left some room for improvement of cleanliness.The rented Condo was clean with few exceptions.Management personnel was friedly and helpful.
