Sandy Shores #501 - This one bedroom condo is a Top Floor unit with one bath and an extra large open floor plan. Accommodates up to 4 persons. This great Sandy Shores unit offers updated kitchen with breakfast bar seating, and an updated bath. Sleeping included two queen beds in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in living area (sheets available upon check-in). Large flat screen in living area with ample seating. Bedroom also has a television. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

Enjoy free WiFi. TPlease note this condo doesn't have a phone. Sorry NO PETS. Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest at Sandy Shores, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
