Why they chose this property
We always wanted a home in the keys, where our kids can grow up around the ocean and boating. Looking for a while we stumbled upon this beautiful town of Layton and were instantly enamored with the people, the feel and the instant connection to the ocean that you feel when you arrive. The minute we walked into our home we new we had found paradise and we were hooked.

Instantly fell in love with the walk around balcony, the floor plan that allows for 8 people to stay comfortably and the beautiful nature all around the property
