The waters nice (there's a dock for a 32' boat right outside your back door)
Find yourself a little slice (every restaurant has their own version Key Lime Pie--you can walk from here)
Grab a backpack (or just a towel--it's all you need at the Cabana Club just down the street)
Otherwise you'll never know until you try
When you lose yourself (no need to leave the island--golf, trails, tennis, pickle ball and parks right here)

Bring the kids, the boat, the dog, the truck, even the mother-in-law! This is your laid back piece of paradise in the very heart of the Florida Keys at mile marker 53.5 in Key Colony Beach. Two bedrooms, two baths, plenty of parking for your truck and trailer, a screened porch overlooking your boat dock and canal. Walk down the street to the members only Cabana Club (included in your rental) for a dip in the (heated in the winter, chilled in the summer) pool, Jacuzzi, or hang out on the soft white sand beach. There's a full bar and lunch served, you truly NEVER have to leave your chair there!

Great Stay!

Very pleased with our stay at this property. The house has all the amenities to make your stay feel like a mini resort. There are bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, a grill, a deep freezer and a quaint comfortable sitting area on overlooking the canal. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. There isn't much more my husband and I could ask for. Check in and check out was an easy process. The owners are very responsive if you need anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this property next time we visit the keys! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Perfect rental

Property exactly as pictured. My husband and I used both the bikes and the kayaks. The owners immediately responded when we had a very minor issue (forgot to leave kayak paddles). Nice rental-we will come again!

Unexpected, but nice

Property was extremely well stocked, even with spice and condiments. We really did not need to bring anything at all but our food and personal clothing. Location was really nice with the exception of the construction going on. Would have been nice to know in advance that there was going to be loud remodeling going on in the adjoining side of the building. Beautiful accommodations.

Enjoyable Get Away

Had a great week. Owner and manager communication was on point. Unit was pet friendly, clean and well supplied to include games and puzzles for our younger ones. Boat dockage was an easy in/out, had a bait freezer and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Key Colony PD was even patrolling the canals so we felt comfortable leaving gear on the boat. Definitely recommended.

Great place for a fishing getaway

Conveniently close to boat tamp( just on other side of Vaca Cut). House was clean and had a freezer for bait. Plenty of room to park boat(mine was 23 ft) hoses, cleaning station and electric were available dockside. Plenty of parking for truck and trailer.

We had a wonderful time here and we'll definitely be back. House had a lot of supplies for you to use which was nice. Great location for getting out to either Gulf or Atlantic. We really enjoyed our stay!
