This beautifully renovated garden level suite offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and style. With your own private entrance, you're moments away from everything Denver has to offer:

*Gateway to greater Denver - easy access to the metro area with an RTD stop 1 mile away

The guest suite consists of 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen), a bathroom w/ cosy shower stall, small kitchen with open concept eating area, washer/dryers, a living room, and fold out Murphy desk. Both bedrooms receive abundant light with a sliding glass door in the queen bedroom.

You would enter the property through our backyard that can be easily accessed through the side gate. The backyard has 2 patio/sitting areas where you can soak up the Colorado sunshine and lounge the day away.

Note - Our front yard features seasonal wildflowers that attract bees and other pollinators during the warmer months. Most guests enjoy watching them, but if you have a severe bee-sting allergy, please keep in mind that bees may be present around the property when the flowers are in bloom.
