Licensed by the city of Austin as a short term rental, the renovated space includes everything you need for up to 4 guests. There is a primary King bedroom with TV that sleeps 2 comfortably. Additional guests can opt for the loft space with a daybed & trundle or the sleeper sofa in the living room. For guests working remote, there are 2 separate workstations. The bathroom, with walk-in shower, has a convenient Jack and Jill setup between the master bedroom and loft space.
