This house was absolutely perfect for our family! Right on the beach, all the amenities we needed, plenty of space. Loved the common areas - especially the back yard. And close to everything we needed - groceries, drug store, restaurants. We will be back!

Location is beyond amazing. So relaxing and calming. Feels like a private little island. Not modern and fancy, but all works with the casual easy atmosphere and setting. Great place with a family!!!

So happy that you enjoyed our home! We are sorry that you had difficulty with the keypad on the door.
You cannot get any better for location at this historic home in Pass A Grille. The soft white sand is right out the path in the backyard. The home is comfortable and has everything you could need, you can tell it is a home and not just a rental property. The owners were immediately responsive to minor issues. We had a fantastic time and would come here again for the peaceful experience.
The location was spectacular and private. It appeared that the owner never did any cooking as the kitchen was ill equipt. Not a cooks kitchen. Prompt service when the coffee maker died.
Comfortable home in a great location with an idyllic view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is literally right on the beach -- and the white powder sands are amazing! The home conveniently sleeps 8, has a large, well-appointed kitchen, and comfortable main room/living room. The owner is easily reachable and very responsive. I highly recommend this property if you love the beach and are looking for a relaxing vacation!
Our second stay in the last year. Beautiful home. Traditional Florida home with great location on the beach. Lots of character. Big home. We had a group of 7 adults with plenty of room to spread out. Fantastic back deck and beautiful landscape. Owner is great. Very easy to work with. Property manager is fantastic. Had some difficulty with WiFi that he got up and running immediately. Our second stay for a reason. Will definitely go back.
Property was perfect for our family. Beach is in the back yard (chairs are provided with property). Very functional and efficient. We cooked in twice and the restaurants are so convenient and good. Will be back.
Great experience. Fantastic house in a prime location. Clean traditional single level Florida home which is what we were looking for. More than enough space for 6 adults. Back porch was beautiful with tons of room / seating. Easy beach access. Quiet. Almost felt like private beach. Little to no beach traffic. Owner is easy to work with and very responsive. Gas grill on natural gas a big plus as I’ve had grills run out of propane in the past. Plenty in the kitchen to get the job done. Few minor glitches with WiFi. We will stay there again.
Seeking to escape the reality of the mayhem, heartbreak, anxiety and frustration we are all dealing with, we decided to take a break and spend a week with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren at the beach.
We picked this property because it had the ability to accomodate us all under one roof.
The house is exactly as described. It is a real Florida beach house with all the amenities. The AC worked great, plenty of hot water, many different spaces so everyone had an area to retreat to. The bed rooms are nice and comfortable, two eating areas, plenty of comfortable seating and a wonderful outside porch area with three separate tables. Below the porch is a bricked area with another dinning table and a hot tub. There is a great rooftop deck for sunset viewing. The best of all though was the direct access to the beautiful beach.
Check in and check out was a breeze. Plenty of parking. The house was very clean and tidy. There are many games and toys both for kids and adults. Good wifi and cable. Many beach towels, we never ran out. The kitchen worked just fine and was well equipped. After reading a previous review, I was concerned about it so I brought some knives etc with me, but found I could have saved myself the trouble.
We had Instacart deliver groceries and a couple of times had meals delivered. It's near shopping and restaurants but with Covid many were closed.
Any request or concern we had was promptly dealt with by the property manager.
We were all very sad to leave and look forward to repeating the experience
We had a wonderful family week here, walk out to the beach, see the stars from the rooftop patio, lots of private spaces and natural, old a Florida landscaping. Quiet, relaxed, just lovely.
This home was everything and more than we expected. It was beautiful, spacious and welcoming. We created memories that will last a lifetime. Each member of my family had a favorite pastime, swimming, bike riding, walking, playing games and just talking and watching the sunset. We hope to be back!!!
