Boulevard Riviera Flat in module 6, the best located, 800m from the mall. It's the Riviera Flat with beach service closer to the sea. Garage with valet, daily cleaning of the apartment (washing up to the dishes). 3 swimming pools, one heated on the roof, where you have a gym and sauna. Games room, sports and tennis courts and playground for children. Reception, restaurant and ice machines on the ground floor.

Very comfortable apartment, with 1 suite, with two single beds that form a double. Large living room with sofa bed and two armchairs bed (the room is larger compared to the other apts of the same flat). Air conditioning in the living room and in the suite. LCD TV. Wi-Fi in all environments. American kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, Nespresso machine and other household items.

Amamos!!

Já nos hospedamos no Boulevard algumas vezes, mas foi a primeira vez neste flat e simplesmente adoramos! Super equipado, bem decorado e limpo! Possui ar condicionado no quarto e na sala, vários itens na cozinha. A única coisa que não tinha era a jarra da cafeteira, mas o proprietário deixou uma maquina da nespresso com algumas cápsulas. No nosso caso, como não tomamos expresso, conseguimos improvisar e fizemos nosso café sem problemas! Marcio e Regina muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Com certeza gostaríamos de voltar!

Apartamento prático e bem localizado

O apto é bem funcional e prático, bem equipado e não é longe da praia. A estrutura de lazer do prédio é muito boa. Os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos em todas as nossas solicitações.

Boa porém a limpeza deichou a desejar Mas acredito que seja pela época do ano a demanda é maior , Nao sei se isso pode ser uma alegação aceita pela maioria, mas enfim saia pra praia e retornava as 17 hs e ainda o quarto está sem arrumar.

A localização do Flat é bem agradável, bem como o próprio flat. Vale a pena. Somente faço uma observação, como foi a primeira vez que aluguei direto do proprietário não sabia que era preciso levar roupa de cama e banho (acabei comprando), pois não é fornecido pelo hotel, nem pagando pela utilização. Acho interessante colocar esta observação na apresentação do imóvel. No mais, tudo foi ótimo.
