We had a wonderful spring break stay with our kiddos. Great location…easy to get to beach and town! House is as described. One thing to note if traveling with kiddos is two of the rooms are upstairs accessible up a staircase with door to outside deck. Not a big deal at all for kids out age but if your traveling with little ones. Would definitely return!

The house was amazing. It was well equipped, the pool was heated, the location can’t be beat. We had a couple of maintenance issues but George responded to them promptly and professionally. His communication was top notch. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again

Some take aways regarding the house-Kitchen was perfect. We cooked every night and never lacked for a thing. Bedroom situation worked perfectly for our two families with littles. The master was a lovely retreat!Pool/beach situation was beyond! You have everything, and the proximity to the house, plus the wading area were perfect! Having the bikes was great too!The outside shower and hose off by the garage were key. All the littles could get washed off before coming inside or jumping back in pool. All beach and pool paraphernalia back in place. The privacy was great too!Honestly we have rented lovely homes for our family for 35 years and yours was definitely one of our very favorites! We had simply the best time!!

This was arguably our best family vacation ever, and it was due in large part to how wonderful this house is. It was perfect for our needs. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Boca Grande

This is a truly lovely and comfortable accommodation. The pool was amazing - the kids loved it! The layout of the house with its multiple bedroom areas worked really well for our family. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and stay

The house was beautiful and such a pleasure to stay at. The location makes it easy to get to the beach and downtown, and the golf cart makes it even easier to get around. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is awesome. The host is easy to communicate with and wants to make sure your stay is great. I would recommend this hosue to anyone looking to stay in Boca Grande.
