Notre Belle Maison is on the doorstep of the amazing Mornington Peninsula; close to every convenience. Nature walks and parks, wineries, golf courses, beaches, cafes & restaurants abound. A local brewery & 3 trendy cafes are within a 5 minute walk. A family friendly restaurant exists within 800 metres at the Mornington Race Course where Sunday markets, race days and concerts are held regularly. Notre Belle Maison offers all you need to have an amazing, luxurious relaxing time on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

This home boasts a Master bedroom with ensuite, Shower, bath, walkin robe & TV. Plus 4 additional bedrooms all with Queen beds built in robes. Large bathrooms, double sink and separate toilet. Modern, fully appointed kitchen with, gas top cook top, microwave oven, dishwasher. 3 living areas.Family/dinning room, private formal lounge and a large Home Theatre where you can catch a movie. FREE WiFi is provided throughout the home, NETFLIX & FOXTEL. Laundry facilities available. Ducted heating, split system for cooling in family lounge and Master.

Perfect getaway

Came with a group of friends and we all loved it. It’s a great home for a summer getaway. Loved that everyone had their own room too. The pool is great and we were lucky enough to have sunny weather. Julie is a wonderful host and I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Julie was a lovely host. Communication before, during and after was great. Julie would respond to queries very quickly and was very helpful. We we’re a group of 3 families with 3 kids aged 7. The house was so spacious, the same with the pool and the garden. Several spaces and zones, so we didn’t feel like we we’re on top of each other. I would not hesitate to rebook here, we all had a lovely break.

Great holiday spot

We had a fantastic time away! The house is lovely with a very generous master suite and spacious living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking if thats your thing or there are plenty of takeaway options around plus great coffee within walking distance. The pool was lovely on the hot days and there is lots of lawn to play games. The house was very clean and the owners have made everything very user friendly with instructions for everything around the house. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we can return again soon!

This place is fantastic - even better than expected. The house itself is amazingly well appointed, with all creature comforts, very modern, and great for groups who might want some personal space at times and to be sociable at others. Huge kitchen, home cinema room and separate lounge areas so everyone can claim a space of their own. Very comfy beds and simply beautiful space. We got a cols week so unfortunately could not make good use of the pool, but it would be very much appreciated on hotter days. Our hosts left many, many treats along with more than adequate staples in the kitchen and bathrooms, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much for treating us in your beautiful home!

Good times at Mornington

A large, well appointed home. You will find Netflix, a coffee machine, multiple televisions, games; something for everyone. Everything is of high quality, plenty of room for everyone, and a lovely pool with great seating areas around it. The garden setting is delightful too. The property is a short walk to a very cool coffee roaster/cafe, and also to Mornington Brewery which does great pizzas. We found Julie to be a delightful and considerate host.

Wonderful home from home with every amenity possible

Our whole family planned a Christmas and New Year get together with four living in Mornington and the other 9 living in the UK, and we were not disappointed. The location was excellent a quiet residential area but a mins form the beach and the town and lots of cycle paths in all directions. The grandchildren loved having their own TV ( a big treat) and time out was perfect and the pool a great pleasure. The whole large garden area was lovely and so peaceful for this esssential catch up chats. The kitchen was great and each room personalised and very comfortable. A big thank you to Barry and Julie, excellent “ there if you need me” hosts.
