This pretty second floor corner unit boasts recent upgrades including furniture, king size mattress, kitchen, bathrooms, and a new 46-inch flat screen TV. The large screened lanai can be accessed from the living room and dining room and overlooks lush tropical grounds. This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home and is an easy walk to both the large heated pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counters, smooth-top stove and ice-maker in the freezer. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private sitting room on the side with ceiling fans in both. The guest bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD/VCR, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper-products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. Absolutely NO PETS.
