Spacious House on Golf Course, walking distance to well known Wyndham Resort ( previously Club Med). House has a very large sitting area with open concept kitchen and dining area, 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Large screen enclosed patio with private pool and dining table. Beautifully landscape front garden.4 bedrooms including: master suite with king bed, 1st guest bedroom with attached bathroom has 1 king bed, 2nd guest room with queen size bed and 3rd guest room has a full size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped, High speed Internet access and basic cable TV . Smart Tv is set with HBO, Netflix etc.. two car garage and 3 bicycles. There are only a handful of homes for rent in this area. Jensen Beach and Stuart (ocean) beaches are 7-8 miles away. Free access city Pickle ball and tennis court available. Golf lovers have the possibility to play on more than 15 courses (such as PGA, Eagle Marsh, Hammock Creek, Lost Lake, and Summerfield). Reachable more or less in 1/2 hour drive. Located at 110 miles either from Miami or from Orlando, Closest airport is West Palm Beach.
please note in winter time, there is a $15 surcharge per day if you wish to have the pool heated.

Home away from home

This property was perfect for our family. We stayed for a week and the home and pool were clean and had everything we needed for a Florida vacation. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and made our check in and out as easy as possible. We would stay here again in the future without a doubt!

Vacation to Port St. Lucie

Unfortunately we were unable to make our trip due to the novel Corona virus pandemic. Cecile has been very helpful in working with us to secure a refund. We look forward to traveling to Florida next year for 2021 Spring Training Baseball. Cecile was most helpful contacting us and providing us with information about local restaurants and attractions. We can’t wait to reschedule our trip with Cecile for next year as she was so pleasant to work with.

I love this neighborhood. it is very quiet and safe. the area is beautifully landscaped. I love walking up to the sunrise over the golf course and enjoy a cup of coffee while watching birds.

What makes this property unique

It is very private . the house is surrender with beautiful vegetation and has a beautiful view of the golf course. it is a very spacious house, perfect to entertain and easy to share with 2 families.
