This second-floor condo has sliding glass patio doors leading out to your large private screened balcony patio from both the living room and master bedroom. Newer paint and furniture. New exterior paint.

We are located just up the road from the bridge to Siesta Key with an easy commute within 2 miles. We are within a block of Publix groceries, shops, and many restaurants. This is a convenient easy location to get out and about to the many things Sarasota has to offer

Wi-Fi, Roku, and a designated free parking space. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Inquire if needed. The washer and dryer are in a shared coin-operated laundry room in the building.

Maximum condo occupancy is 6 including all children. Correct occupancy must be in the reservation or communicated & paid before check-in.
No Smoking. We are a smoke-free property indoors and outdoors.
No pets.

Very enjoyable time

The host Kim, is very responsible and very easy to get a hold of, and ensures her guest have a good time. The location is close to beach's and restraunts and shopping. The condo is very clean and comfortable, slept good here.

Comfortable and clean.

This property was clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the owner/manager worked hard to suit us. The unit had been recently painted. The kitchen needed a 9 X 13 pan and scissors. The location was noisy making it difficult to sit on the lainia and the laundry room was downstairs. It is within walking distance of Publix, Walgreens, several restaurants and other stores.

Great Sarasota Vacation!

I reserved this for myself and family. We came to vacation and visit other family who live in the area. it was clean and fit our needs well. It was stocked with kitchen supplies and what we needed. They also have a gas BBQ grill on the property that we used a few times. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture looked new. The screened in Lanai was nice to enjoy our morning coffee on.

A real gem in Sarasota!

It’s rare these days to have a vacation stay exceed one's expectations, but that’s exactly what happened during our stay at Tropical Dreams. I’m not certain why anyone would pay more to stay in a single room at a chain hotel with countless noisy neighbors when they can have quiet, tons of space and a full kitchen plus *real* fast Wifi. The beds seemed brand-new and the sheets were *really* nice and comfortable! Many of the other furnishings also appeared to be new and everything was very clean. The owner, Kim, was extremely responsive and accommodating both before and during our stay and was simply a pleasure to deal with in every way. We have found our new home-away-from-home in Sarasota and will definitely be returning here!
