Our stay here was wonderful! The house has everything you need and can accommodate bigger groups. It was very easy to access the house and the host was super communicative answering all of our questions. We enjoyed the hot tub and even saw some moose in the backyard! We absolutely loved our stay here. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable for our group. The layout is thoughtful and spacious, with everything we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway.The location is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from Winter Park and close to trails and town. After long days outside, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind.The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the home felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was clear and easy, and everything went exactly as expected.This is one of those places you immediately hope will be available the next time you’re in the area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fraser/Winter Park.

We were genuinely impressed with this home from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully prepared, and well stocked with plenty of starter toiletries and household essentials. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with ample dishes, pans, and utensils, which made it easy and comfortable to prepare multiple holiday meals for our family.The layout of the home worked perfectly for our group, offering both shared spaces to gather and enough room to relax. Everything was clearly well maintained and felt welcoming rather than sparse, which made it feel like a true home away from home.The location could not have been better for our needs. It was extremely close to Winter Park and conveniently situated right in the heart of everything Fraser has to offer, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable setting.Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here and made wonderful memories during our stay. This is a beautiful home, and we would absolutely recommend it to others and happily stay here again.

We love the Rendezvous neighborhood due to its proximity to Winter Park. Also, right across the street we have access to beautiful and quite trails.

The location in Rendezvous is nice and quite. Also, the home was built in 2020, so all the finishes are more recent. Additionally, we use this home quite a bit, so all the furnishings and interior design are comfortable and stylish.
