Bellingen Self-Contained Open Plan Studio Apartment

This is a large, cozy open plan studio apartment overlooking lush private garden. It's on the ground level of our home. It is your completely private space. You have your own separate and private entrance.
We have created a peaceful outdoor sitting area for you to enjoy the garden and the many birds, bees, butterflies and more. There is off street parking for one guest vehicle.
The apartment is fully screened and is air-conditioned. Inside there is a fully equipped and functioning kitchen. There is a kitchen table and four chairs. There is also a high chair, microwave, gas stove and oven, bar fridge, water purifier, toaster, kettle and a coffee plunger. Lots of crockery, utensils and cookware (including wok, steamer, roasting dish, fry pan). There are herbs available in the garden for you.
The bathroom is compact: shower, toilet and hand basin together in one room. Plenty of towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, room freshener are all organic.
The rest of the apartment contains the lounge and sleeping areas. There is a queen sized bed and a single bed which are both very comfortable. A travel cot is available on request and I can provide bedding too. All linen is provided and is good quality cotton. The sofa also folds to a double bed. There is a range of summer covers and winter doonas for all beds.
Free wi-fi. A small tv and dvd, a sound system with lots of cds (or plug in your device), and many books for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is stocked with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, an assortment of teas and fresh ground coffee, milk (soy or cow's), sugar, delicious locally baked sourdough bread - all are organic. Eggs from our own happy chickens, honey and butter are also provided.
