The house was great! Lots of room for all of our families to enjoy. Kids loved the games and separate living room. There are things still under construction (primary bath, basement access) The fireplace and dishwasher were not functioning properly. It was a fantastic long weekend all things considered.

As noted in the listing, a few areas are still under construction (all renovations will be complete in Summer 2026). We stayed at the Mt. Snow Golf Club Estate during peak foliage season, and it was absolutely magical. The home is nestled in the perfect spot — surrounded by nature with stunning mountain views right from the deck. The peaceful, wooded setting made it easy to relax and disconnect. The house is spacious, yet cozy, and well-equipped for a large group. We loved gathering in the open-concept kitchen and living areas with the double-sided fireplace. Each of the bedrooms we slept in had their own bathrooms, and the king mattress was extremely comfortable. The heated floors were a nice touch.The location is also fantastic — just 5 minutes to Mount Snow, and walking distance to the golf course. There are great hiking trails nearby to fully take in the fall colors, and the scenic drives in every direction were breathtaking. We had lots of fun walking around Wilmington. The hosts clearly thought of everything, from family-friendly touches to an awesome game room (foosball, dart board, arcade games) and plenty of space for gear. We couldn’t have asked for a better fall getaway and are already planning a return trip — hopefully in winter next time to see it all covered in snow.
