The space
Our stunning three-story Victorian home, built in 1870, offers an authentic and charming downtown Montreal experience, with the main living area starting on the second floor.

🕰️ A Glimpse into History: This single-family row house is steeped in character, boasting original heart-of-pine wood floors 🌳, high ceilings ⬆️, some original wood doors 🚪, and exquisite hand-made Italian crown plaster moldings 👑. Even the basement features its original brick and stone walls 🧱!

🥇 First Floor (Main Level):
🛏️ Bedroom 1 (King Suite): Features a comfortable King bed with a shower🚿 located privately right inside the room. A half-bathroom is located right outside the room🚽.
🛋️ Living Room: A spacious area perfect for gathering and relaxing.
🍳 Kitchen & Dining: A large, lovely kitchen with an island and a dining room that comfortably seats up to 8 guests 🍽️.
⬇️ Basement Level:
🛏️ Bedroom 2 (Queen Retreat): Offers a Queen bed, a Jacuzzi tub 🛁, and a convenient half-bathroom within the room🚽.
🛏️ Bedroom 3 (King Comfort): Furnished with a King bed and a full bathroom (shower) located privately just outside the room🚿.
🥈 Second Floor (Upper Level):
🛏️ Bedroom 4 (Queen & Single with Balcony): Features a Queen bed and a Single bed, complete with a full bathroom (with a tub) inside the room 🛁, plus access to a private balcony балкона.
🛏️ Bedroom 5 (Queen & Single): Offers a Queen bed and a Single bed with a full bathroom (shower) located privately just outside the room. 🚿

🌳 Outdoor Space
While a traditional large backyard is not typical for a downtown row house, we want to inform you about our evolving outdoor space:
💰 Taxes: Please note that mandatory Provincial sales tax (9.975%) and Federal sales tax (5%) will be charged separately by us before your arrival, totaling 14.975%. This is in addition to the current municipal lodging tax (currently 3%) collected by Airbnb. (Will be paid separately from your Airbnb booking)


🚧 Backyard Remodel: You are welcome to go out back to smoke but keep in mind the backyard is currently undergoing a remodel and will be an exciting new feature soon. Please note its current status when booking.
Guest access
When renting the house, you will have full and exclusive access to:
➡️ Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards.
⬅️ Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp.
🔄 Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire beforehand.
🏡 The Entire Home: Enjoy all three stories, including the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
🛏️ All 6 Bedrooms & Private Bathrooms: Private access to all bedrooms and their designated private bathrooms (both ensuite and privately outside the room).
📺 All 6 Smart TVs: Access to all smart televisions throughout the home.

🐾 Pet Policy
We're happy to welcome certain friendly pets to our property, with a few important guidelines:

🐶 Dogs Only: We welcome dogs, but no cats, please 🚫🐈.
🚫🛋️ No Furniture: Please ensure your furry friends stay off the furniture or beds. A $150 cleaning fee will apply for any excess pet hair found on furniture or beds.
💲 Pet Fee: A per-pet fee applies.
💬 Prior Notification: Please contact us prior to booking with your pet's details to ensure everything is a good fit and for details on pet fees.

🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Please ensure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate, as no undeclared extra guests are permitted.
🚭 Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property.
🎉Parties & Events: No parties or events are permitted unless prior permission is obtained before hand.
💡 Property Care: We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and report any damages or issues promptly. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the AC/heating when leaving the property.
🗓️ Booking Requirements: A two-night minimum stay applies, with longer minimums during holidays (subject to change).
🚽 Plumbing Care: Absolutely no wipes or female products should be flushed down the toilet. A $200 fee will apply for any plumbing blockages caused by these items.
