My family loved this little gem of a place. My 10 year old was especially enamored by all the Mario stuff. It was clean and comfortable and close to all the things we wanted to do and see.

Adorable decorations, super clean, quick responses from owner, quiet neighborhood. We met some of the local neighbors. They were all so nice. Loved the location of the place, so close to the universal parks. If we come back we’ll definitely look for this location again. Thank you!

This home is by far the best I have rented. It is clean, beautifully decorated in a Mario Brothers theme, and has all the amenities. It is close to Epic Universe.
The great room with full kitchen, living room, entertainment center.
A little blue heron greeted me when I arrived. This house is next door.
This is the screened porch. There is a star fruit tree in the backyard.

House was VERY family friendly! Close to all Universal Parks. Very quiet area. We had one small issue when we got there that was fixed very quickly. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

House is exactly as described and pictured. The rooms were big enough to accommodate a family of four adults comfortably. The room with two twin beds is pretty small and tight if you were to try and put two adults in it. The house has a decent amount of closet space. The host is very responsive and answered all questions promptly during both the booking process and the one we had during our stay. The best part about this property is the location. A very, very short walk from the front door will get you to a city bus stop that will get you to Universal in twenty minutes for 2 one way. Beats the 35 parking fee any day. Its about a 12 minute drive to the airport, a 15 minute drive to Epic, and 20-30minute drive to Disney depending on traffic. There is a nice trail nearby to walk/run and grocery shopping is close as well. Anything you could want to do is near this property. The only inconvenience is the thermostat. The host asks for the temp to remain at a certain temp. This probably works during the summer months. However, during our stay (Dec-Jan) it caused the house to feel stuffy and uncomfortable at times, especially when trying to sleep. I would still stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone else despite this.

Ok I’m just going to start off by saying wow. This place was great. So clean, wonderfully put together on the universal theme. The house is in such great shape inside. This place is really close to universal about a 10 min drive. It’s in a decent neighborhood. I’ve stayed at many VRBO and this host needs to teach a class on how to set a place up. We were so happy we stayed here. There’s not like a lot around the area to do but if you planning a trip to the theme parks this place was excellent.
