bedrooms, and three (3) 1/2 bathrooms (sleeps 7-8). Private access to the beach.
Completely furnished, fully equipped kitchen with all new cabinets
and appliances. King size bed in the master bedroom, two (2) twin beds
in second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom. All
bedding and towels provided.

Excellent oceanfront property!

Rented this great oceanfront condo for 8 days with my spouse, 2 daughters and mother. Extremely spacious, modern amenities and amazing views of the ocean. Will definitely be renting this home again!

Spring break 2025

This is our 2nd year booking at this exact location. I have to say, it was an over great experience again, the only thing lacking is the beach amenities, it is listed as a 8 person, there should be more than 2 beach chairs. We ended up buying 2 more and an umbrella for the beach. We had to leave them there, so hopefully future guests will get good use of them. It is thinglackinamenities.

Awesome Beachfront Condo

We love this place, it was our second visit. Huge condo with plenty of room right on the beach. Large deck that overlooks the ocean. Private access to the beach with beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, and sand toys. Everything you need is there. We love it and will be back again!!!

Description of property is accurate. Very spacious condo in a great location. Quiet beach and large outdoor deck. Futon and outdoor cushions have been replaced per other comments earlier guests left. It was nice having two beach chairs provided in addition to a surfboard and small cooler.

Perfect Views of the Ocean

If you are looking for a large, beautiful place to stay that has everything you need as well as picture perfect views of the ocean look no further! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, and you may never need to use your car because so much is within a short walking distance. We walked to Ron Jons, a mini golf park, many local restaurants, the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course up and down the beautiful beach in front of the condo. The best part is a wrap around balcony with the most perfect beach views you could ask for. We loved our stay here, and recommend it highly.

A wonderful conto

A beautiful spacious beach condo. A LOT of room to spread out and truly relax on a wrap around balcony overlooking the beach. Close to everything and a big plus for dedicated garage parking!! Kitchen is well appointed with anything needed! All that was lacking was a wine opener and a puzzle lol but Publix helped in that 😊 Highly recommended and be back next year for sure !!

Relaxing. Loved going to Kennedy Space Center. Enjoy ocean during rain storms.

Everything 3 close friends could need. Condo needed some extra cleaning. Floors too dirty to go without shoes. Under the building parking became difficult. Someone parked in our space because someone took their space. Rude and very little kindness among renters and residents.

Great location and very clean

Location is excellent and the view is amazing. Very clean and well taken care of unit. Couple of things kept me from giving it a 5 star review. First, the mattresses are below average and need replaced. Also not sure why a unit this size has double bed instead of queen size in the one bedroom. We knew that going in so its not a compliant (queen vs. double) as much as a suggestion as the property would be better for it. We spent more time in the unit than planned due to weather and the TVs need to be updated, especially the one in the main living area. This last one is a bit nit picky but depending on what you might want in a rental property, the furniture in general is pretty dated. Nothing broken or torn but the decor of the unit overall could use an updated look.

The condo was bigger than anticipated with a large balcony right on the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only downside is the limited parking otherwise not a thing to complain about.

This place is huge!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This place is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! All the little necessities were there for you just in case and just a short walk to the beach. You can’t beat the view either! The pool is small but nice and warm! Would stay again!

Outstanding!! The code to the door didn’t work upon our arrival, which seemed like a bad start, but Ted’s response was very quick and involved maintenance coming out. It was handled quickly and we were beyond impressed with the unit and the management of it. Highly recommend!! Only suggestion is to provide more beach chairs since there are only 2.

Beach Time after Disneyworld

We stayed for 3 nights after going to Disneyworld as we were looking for some relaxing beach time . The condo was perfect as we were with my son and his family so plenty of room for the 7 of us . The condo is very nice and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and also got to see a space launch ! The beach was great and my grandkids enjoyed the pool . We would definitely stay again as the location and setup is great ! Thanks again for a great stay !

Amazing! Didn’t want to leave!

A million dollar view! We enjoyed our time there. Only things to improve would be having enough washcloths only 4 for a family of 5. Also a fewMore beach towels would have been helpful for families that fly long distances. It is a beautiful place. Tons of kitchen gadgets, clean. I will be booking this place again.It was helpful having liquid soap in the bathrooms, toiletries, dish soap and dishwasher detergent.

Just a 2 block North is the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop which offers a great shopping experience. A great place to spend a few hours is Cocoa Village, with excellent restaurants, boutiques, craft shops and antique shops. Port Canaveral offers daily fishing trips and deep sea charter fishing. Try your luck at Casino Cruise Ships which leave twice a day. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the water and watch the large cruise ships come and go. Many large cruise liners leave daily from Port Canaveral.
Other fun activities are pontoon rentals, wind surfing, jet-skiing, surfing, golf and tennis nearby, live theater, dog track and zoo (in Melbourne, FL). Many tourist packages available.
