Next to the kitchen is the pantry with another refrigerator and dishwasher for your use. The pantry has a half bath as well.
There is also a larger, more formal dining room off the kitchen, which comfortably accommodates another 10 people.
You will also find “The Carolina Hunt Room” on the main level, a large library/game room lounging area with pool/ deck access. There is a queen size leather sofa bed here overlooking the pool and ocean. Also a 60” round table with seating for 6 that can be used for additional dining space or a great place to converge and work puzzles and play card games. There are two large sofas around a new 48” flat screen, which is perfect for families to be together and watch movies. This room is a perfect quiet spot to study or pick one of the two desks to conquer your workload at your home away from home. Finally on this main level is the king size bedroom suite which has its own jacuzzi, shower and beautiful large bathroom. This bedroom over looks the pool and ocean and has its own access to both.

Six small steps to the next level gives you breath-taking views. The Great Room stretches over the back façade of the home with 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. There are four separate seating areas to choose. Roll up the large oriental rug and you will find a dance floor! Large glass windows and sliding glass doors surround the room for one of the most spectacular views on Hilton Head.
Located directly off the Great Room is a pentagon shaped deck with outdoor umbrella with teak dining table and 8 teak chairs. This deck continues down to the lower deck where you will find the saline pool/spa. There are 4 teak rocking chairs, 2 chaise lounge chairs as well as a fabulous hideaway cabana with sectional sofa and new 46” flat screen tv. The ocean views from this entertaining area are unsurpassed.
From the Great room, a sweeping wrought iron staircase will take you the upper level where you will find the “Junior Suite Lounge”. You’ll find a new queen leather sofa bed. Also outfitted with a 40” flat screen tv. There is balcony access with new blackout blinds, and great views of the pool and beach!
Off from the lounge area, you will walk into the first of three bedrooms located on the upper level of the house. Enter through two small double doors and awaken your senses to an aquamarine suite. In addition to the queen bed and new memory foam queen mattress, you will find a newly remodeled modern bathroom with travertine floors and a spacious glass shower. (Did I mention pool and ocean views from this room too?)
The second bedroom located on the upper level is absolutely adorable! It is adjacent to the “Junior Suite Lounge” and has twin trundle beds with a renovated bathroom (shower only). It overlooks an island of live oak trees, covered in Spanish moss, a well-kept secret of the south. Last, but not least, you’ll find the Master Suite. Open up the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony and listen to the ocean waves from this secluded oasis! You’ll find yourself at a loss for words with the wide, breath-taking, panoramic ocean views from anywhere in this room! This remote destination is one of a kind! There is a brand new remote-controlled Tempur-Pedic king size bed, retractable flat screen TV in a custom cabinet (also remote-controlled), and we can’t forget the black out remote-controlled blinds. Ladies, tired of sharing a bathroom with your man? This suite has his and her bathrooms! The ladies’ boudoir provides a soaking tub, large closet with dressing area, make-up vanity, a bidet, commode, and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and pool area. The second master bathroom meant just for him offers a large stand-alone brand new marble shower, marble vanity, and commode. Downstairs will bring you to two more bedrooms, each with their own private decks and personalities… The king bedroom is newly remodeled with a Tommy Bahama themed décor and an extremely comfortable new king mattress, wall mounted flat screen tv, deck with two teak rockers, and a private access to the paver beach path. We must remember that this Bahamian room has a walk-in closet. Sail away in the sixth bedroom with another brand new king bed. This room not only has a private deck with a teak rocking chair to rock away your worries, it is modernly decorated with calming blues and white hues. Of course another flat screen TV. Connected by two doors, these two bedrooms share a brand new bathroom, with a walk-in, spacious rain shower, quartz vanity and nickel troft sink.
Five additional steps bring you down into a private, multi-purpose area where the seventh and eighth bedrooms are located. While parents will enjoy the new king bed with a private remodeled gorgeous bathroom and shower, the children will enjoy the cozy playroom/media room with a twin trundle bed and a 60" flat TV. If you feel the need to do some laundry, there is new front-loading HE washer and dryer located off this room as well. And a separate room with foosball table for more fun!
