We absolutely loved our stay at the Birdhouse! We had all the necessities and more. Kids loved the game room, parents loved the hot tub, cozy living space, and beautiful surroundings. We love going to Galena and this will definitely be our first stop in the future if we can!

This place is absolutely adorable and was perfect for our girls’ getaway weekend in Galena! Love the bird-themed decorations. And, the game room took us early-60-somethings right back to our high school days with its arcade games! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing, too. The short drive into Galena was well worth it to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful rolling hills of the Galena Territory. Thank you Kimberly and Dan for being such wonderful hosts and for providing such a great place to stay. We had a fantastic time!

The house was adorable and in a great location. Our family had a great time playing all the games upstairs! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Birdhouse! The home was just as represented. The location is perfect and provided a beautiful setting to relax and decompress while being conveniently located to Galena downtown and Territory attractions. The home is very clean and well stocked. Our favorite spot for morning coffee was the screened in patio. We loved everything the home had to offer. This is a great gathering spot for families with adults and kids of all ages. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts are exceptionally. We would stay at the Birdhouse again and will recommend to others without reservation.

Dan and Kimberly’s place was so cute! I loved the bird theme. It was very clean, well stocked and spacious. We were traveling with our 2 young kids and another family with 2 young kids and the room set ups were perfect for us. The beds were very comfy. The screened in porch was my personal fave spot- quiet coffee in the mornings with the birds chirping and nature all around. The backyard fire pit well stocked with firewood and was the perfect area for s’mores and making vacation memories. We’d stay at one of their properties again.

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teens. It is even cuter in person than the photos. We loved the theme, it’s so well done. The house feels spacious and is light filled. There are several hang out areas and everything is clean and comfy. The outside spaces were great, too. We also traveled with our dog and it is very pet friendly. The area has nice amenities also.We would love to stay again in the future.
