LOCATION
The house is located between Cafe Roma and The Bank Architectural Antiques. We are directly across the street from an 1880s former German Schoolhouse that is designated as a historic Landmark by the Louisiana Landmarks Society with architectural significance (Don’t miss the James Beard Award winning bakery/coffee house and best bakery in the country by New York Times, Lagniappe Bakehouse hidden behind this building!). Felicity Road (now street) formerly served as the upriver boundary of the City of New Orleans with the City of Lafayette in the early 1800s.

For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. There is a blue Bike Bikes station one block away! We are also proximate to the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour with a stop located a few blocks away at 2020 St. Charles Avenue.

Guests have exclusive access to the property during your stay. Enjoy the luxury of a private heated pool surrounded by secure 200 year old historic brick wall. The house is located on a quiet street with no shared walls or ceilings.

Terrific for family gatherings, or to come and visit NOLA for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Essence Fest, French Quarter Fest, etc. I have additional spaces if needed, please feel free to message me with any requests. There is one security camera on the property located at the front entrance. This is recording 24/7 for security purposes.
Our house is dog friendly and there is a pet fee. No more than 4 dogs allowed. No cats allowed
Interaction with Guests:
We are a quick message or phone call away. We are local New Orleanians that live in the neighborhood. All communication is directly with the owners and not a large corporation. Please don't hesitate if you need anything!
