This home is equipped with all the essentials and features a king size bed in the primary bedroom, adjustable queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a desk/office set up in the 3rd bedroom. The vaulted ceiling provides a spacious living area leading to the outdoor living space with views of the community park through view fencing. Enjoy the open yet private views from your backyard. Smart TV, & utilities included with a $150/mth cap on elec & gas. Wifi included. Cable upon request for an additional cost. This is a non-smoking, pet free home.

We enjoyed the size of the house and the layout. The host was quite accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood.
