Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave USED bedding and towels in the hall
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house. If smoke is smelled inside the house there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250
You must clean up after your pet. We provide waste bags. Not cleaning up the yard will result in a $150 additional cleaning fee.
NO gatherings, parties or events of any kind.
