Stay comfortably in Erie at this 2-bedroom house. With 1 full bed and 1 queen bed, guests will have
a safe, nice and cozy place to rest. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Full kitchen to prepare meals as well as a eat in dinning room. Cookware and other kitchen utensils provided. Enjoy the marvelous AC, iron, and heating amenities provided. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Please note, the house is not pet friendly. There are a couple of rooms of carpet. The driveway will not accommodate a vehicle with a trailer/boat attached due to wheelchair ramp off back side of house.

For stays that cross over Monday nights, please place trash bags/can curbside for Monday night pickup by 11:00 p.m.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Unfortunately, this was my first VRBO guest (super host for airbnb, hosting over 4 years now). I was disappointed in the guest because a 3rd person, not listed stayed in the house. I ask guests to review the rules; however 2 listed and 3 stayed, which they knew better So my trust was broken. I was not impressed, neither were the neighbors. Never said anything to guests, because I know that it would have greatly impacted the review. not a good stay for other reasons as well.

I like the area. It's a neighborhood that is really growing. Lots of new builds in the area. It is very close to the lake. You can see the water without driving to it.

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because it has the look of a cottage. It is small, but yet roomy inside. The enclosed porch seems to be a hit with most guests. It's only one main floor and a basement in use so for guests who don't like stairs, no worries. Best of all, my prices are attractive. Don't let the price fool you because other places not as big as mine sometimes charge quite a bit more. My reviews are great, so nothing hidden.
