Our 825 sq ft custom-built escape, completed on September 23, 2025; is curated for discerning travelers seeking big home luxury amenities in a small, intimate setting.

Located just half a mile from the heart of Main Street, you'll have easy access to charming shops, the Andy Griffith Museum, and delightful dining establishments. This cozy retreat stands out with its opulent features in its small home package.

As a new home, our yard is still taking root. No worries, enjoy the patio, hot tub, all amenities. We’ll be green and grown come spring 2026! Until then, we aren’t able to welcome pets.

THE FINE PRINT
This is a brand-new construction single family home situated on a recently cleared, fully fenced in lot with freshly seeded grass that has yet to take root. While we look forward to welcoming our canine guests very soon, please leave your pups at home for now to allow our lawn to establish. Rest assured, the interior of the home and all outdoor amenities (except the lawn) are ready for your enjoyment. We trust, with careful attention, our yard will be fully ready to be enjoyed by pups in the spring of 2026.
