This was a great apartment if you’re visiting SMU or the Highland Park/University Park or surrounding areas. Easy parking and lots of places within walking distance. The apartment is clean and it’s great to have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room for less than the price of one hotel room. Bathrooms were great and the beds were super comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Hosts were very nice. Place needs some work which looks as if it is in progress. I would not use the word "fantastic" at this point.
