Affordable Padre Island Condo
This Padre Island Condo is an efficiency unit in a small mult-unit building. It has a full kitchen, a small back patio, and the property has a private swimming pool, fishing pier and laundry room. The condo has a TV, dish washer, full size appliances and WIFI. It is on the second floor, with one set of stairs leading down to the swimming pool area. Secure, off-street parking is provided. Just bring your food and toothbrush!
The Space- This cozy end unit condo is 400 Sq feet in size with a private back patio. Condo is on the second floor and located near the swimming pool. The space is suitable for a couple, with up to to small children.
You'll have your own Home away from home. It's close to restaurants, the beach, and great fishing.
Port Arkansas and Corpus Christi are 10 to 15 minute away.
Everything you need to be comfortable, including fully furnished kitchen, Tv and wifi internet. Just bring your toothbrush, food and fishing pole.
Guest Access- Port A is just 20 minute drive from the condo and Corpus Christi is only 10 to 15. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. A variety of restaurants and convenience foods are also close by.
Interaction with Guest - You'll be met at the beginning of your stay; call for any problems or questions.
The Neighborhood - Closed to everything on a quiet street near the beach. Good restaurants with island cuisine in the area. private fishing dock with easy access to the bay.
Please, No smoking, pets or cleaning fish inside the condo. No Grilling closer than 10 feet from the Condo Building.

I moved back to Texas 5 years ago, after being in the East Coast for many years, going to school and working. I now call San Antonio home, but love to travel and enjoy outdoor adventures.
Why they chose this property
I started coming to Padre Island in 2012, because of the wonderful fishing and endless stretches of often abandoned beaches and water ways. It was close to my home in San Antonio, making it a perfect spot to get away for a weekend or week, and relax in the sun near salty ocean spray. Since I'm a busy professional, I don't use the property much of the time, so I'm offering it for your use, so that you can also enjoy a island getaway.
