I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Comfort Time! We had everything we could possibly need and more! She was a great host and the place was adorable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, it was clean, sitting area was perfect for reading and it was in a good location. Highly recommend!

This little home was the perfect spot for my family of 5 to stop and get some rest after traveling from Ohio on our way to Florida! Monica was so nice and so thoughtful. She asked about our favorite snacks and drinks and all of it was ready for us (plus more) when we arrived. She also bought our children activity books for our next car ride. Seriously just a wonderful and thoughtful host and we appreciated how she went above and beyond! The house was so adorable and clean too. We definitely would stay again!

The host went above and beyond with this beautiful rental! We have stayed at many Air B&Bs over the years and this was by far the best. She left us fresh flowers, a great selection of snacks, drinks, and toiletries. The beds, bedding, and towels were luxurious. There was a nice grill and outdoor space. The home was beautifully decorated and cozy. Thank you Monica!

Monica is a wonderful host that tries to fill your every need and she successfully filled all my needs, even things that I wouldn’t have thought about…the kitchen is very well supplied, so that if you get hungry in the middle of the night, there is plenty there to snack on! The place is just beautiful and so clean that I felt that I could eat off of the floor! I love how she decorated her rooms and made everything feel as if you were home but everything in its place, at home things aren’t this neat….overall I can truly say that I would highly recommend this lovely place and it is so centrally located to all that Fayetteville, Tennessee has to offer! Absolutely perfect. From the yummy snacks, to the beverages in the fridge. The adorable coffee bar. My daughter loved the puzzles. My pups even had treats waiting. The place is so clean and cozy. I cannot say enough besides it was perfection.

This property was in pristine condition. The hostess was always quick to respond and even provided flashlights and instructions during a tornado warning! The place was accommodating to my pet, also. Couldn't ask for better in the little town of Fayetteville.

This home was immaculate from top to bottom — spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It was stocked with far more than we expected, from kitchen essentials to plenty of extra goodies that made us feel right at home. We were even greeted with a few thoughtful surprises in the fridge, which was such a nice touch!The outdoor setup was just as impressive — the firepit and BBQ were spot-on and made for some great evenings under the stars. Every detail felt carefully thought out, and it really elevated our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!

My family and I (5 adults and 1 dog) traveled to Fayetteville for a one night stay to attend an event in Shelbyville. We needed a place that was easy access in and out. We traveled with a truck and large enclosed trailer. The driveways were perfect for us to be able to access easily. Monica was always responsive, kind, and helpful when reaching out to her. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean (out of all or visits with Vrbo over the years, Monica’s place has been the cleanest!) It’s was so cozy. All the extras she provides, from pantry items, snacks, soda, water, other misc drinks, a full coffee bar. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and there was one in the bathroom, along with so many other toiletries. She really thought of everything. Have not stayed any place in the past that offered all the extras. Much appreciated! Also upon our arrival she had a gift and card for us! So thoughtful. We will definitely return to her property again!
