- Outdoor fires are not allowed due to fire risk and county rules. The indoor wood-burning stove can be used, except when there are county burn bans and restrictions in the summer months due to extreme fire risks
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is next to the front door facing the deck and side yard. Camera 2 is on the front facing the driveway and street. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
