This spacious ranch style duplex offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're here for adventure, relaxation or a little of both. The space -3 bedrooms 1 bath. Living room with a new sectional, new chair, dining room, and kitchen for gathering. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking essentials, and a coffee pot to start your mornings right. 2 convenient parking spaces. Outdoor entertaining/fire pit and decorative lights. Some rooms are being remodeled/updated pictures asap/amenities of each room won't change. Join us at this comfy home and enjoy the Biltmore House and Grove Park just 30 min. away and the WNC Ag center is 10 min away!

This property is very child friendly with cabinet locks and toilet locks, very pet friendly with lots of deer running through yard. Fire pit is nice with supplied firewood. Very close to water falls and sight seeing of mountains. Very nice.

Needed more seating in the living area and atleast a television in the master bedroom. It was very clean except some of the linens were kind of dirty and the spare linens in the closets were dusty. This is just some healthy critisism to benefit future guests because unfortunately i probably would not book another stay but i do thank you for your hospitality.

I hate to hear this on here Joseph since I tried to remedy some of your concerns while you were here. In our Vrbo messaging I even offered to refund $ or come over and fix things because of your mishap with the washer. Unfortunately when I got here after you checked out with a repair man, it was not the washers issue. I do appreciate you leaving it clean but for future Vrbo owners please let them make right what you aren’t happy with. We pride ourselves here in our home in cleanliness and will look into dusty linens in the closet. I did look at all my towels and they were clean, because they were new. And our new huge sectional in the living room has 6 seats. We love the sectional and so did past guests. I can’t stress enough, don’t air stuff on here when we aren’t given a quick way to fix things. Even hotels aren’t perfect.

Hostess was very accomodating and location was very convenient to highway and Interstate. 30 mins to Asheville. House was genreally clean. Amenities could be improved for future guests such as wine tool-wine glasses as well as mirrors in the bedrooms since is it a 1 bathroom house.etc. There were some holes in the walls and doors that I assume the hostess is working on repair. This is a duplex so there is a shared carport between the 2 homes . Privacy could be improved such as blinds in kitchen and general clean up around the area. Overall , the house was fine for a 2 day stay .

Tracy thank you for following our check out rules. Your suggestions you made, I will take into consideration. Please understand, the hole in the closet that was put there by a guest, is not on my priority list to fix. It’ll probably happen again. With airbnbs we do fix things that are functional or dangerous but as other owners will tell you not everyone treats our homes well. I do appreciate how well you left our home. There were no holes in the walls just one piece of sheet rock/paint peeling approximately the size of a .50 piece. I’m sorry if that seemed as a distraction. I am continuing to decorate as we go, and I do think I’ll add some mirrors for decoration. The carport is not shared, it’s all yours. Sorry if that wasn’t mentioned. Hope you’ll stay again.

It was fine. Make sure to check all of the extra fees that dont show up until right before booking. Sleeps 6 but every person after two adults adds 50 dollars. Also, the owner requires you to purchase a damage insurance policy. It is a duplex as well.

I’m sorry you were not pleased with your fees. They are all explained when you reserved your stay. My damage insurance is optional with another solution available. Unfortunately we are at this stage in Airbnb as owners that people don’t take care of homes or follow rules that we ask. The fee for additional people is $25 after 2 people to clarify. This is reasonable since we have quit a big house to clean after stays and to furnish all of it as well. Again people don’t care if things and we have to replace bedding, etc regularly. Hope you enjoyed western North Carolina.
