Summary:

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath in Remodeled Victorian. Come visit the Roe Summer Cottage! In the 1800's Roe Cottage functioned as a summer boarding house. It fell into disrepair in later years, but we have brought it back to life with a complete renovation. Suite B encompasses the entire 2nd floor of the building and sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. Easy check in with code for entry supplied prior to your arrival.



Your second floor entrance leads into an open concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is stocked with basic dishes, glassware, silverware and cookware. The living area has comfy seating, a flat screen TV with large cable channel selection. There is a second TV in another bedroom. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8.



Beds are all made with fresh linens for your arrival. The two full bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and washcloths.



There is a private driveway with parking for 4 cars all on a quiet street in downtown Watkins Glen. Roe Summer Cottage is a short walk away from Seneca Lake, Watkins Glen State Park and Franklin Street, Watkins Glen's main thoroughfare.

Getting Around:

Watkins Glen is a vibrant town with something to offer everyone. Roe Summer Cottage is a short walk from the town's main street, Watkins Glen State Park, Seneca Lake and the Village Marina. Walk the main street and visit the town's wide variety of shops and restaurants, or make the short drive to Watkins Glen International Speedway or the numerous wineries.
