This is a two bed flat that is very cosy and homely. It is an ideal chill pad when back home from the bustle of the city. It is tucked away but very proximate to the centre of town and bustling vibes.
Guest have access to the entire apartment with all the basic facilities that one needs to function in their own home.
I am always an email or a call away. I respond to 99% of all emails within 10 minutes. I give guests total privacy except when called upon by them.

They cancelled the day before.
Sitting on the pavement for an hour at 1am. Great relief when an uber arrived to take us to an alternative flat, but it was smelly and miserable. We can sleep anywhere so we did not let it ruin our holiday, but it was not pleasant.

This is a false review from Gavin. This reservation was not cancelled. We contacted him two days before his arrival to inform him that the unit will not be available. Unfortunately, we did not hear from him.
We then booked another accommodation for him in the event that he was traveling and have no access to phone or email. As suspected, he showed up at the location not having read the messages sent to him. We then arranged for an Uber to pick him up which took maybe 10 minutes, this was paid for by us, the alternative accommodation was more expensive but we were more concerned with customer satisfaction. However, this guest did not think that was important as can be gleaned from his response.
A excellent located ground floor flat. Parking was great too. Unfortunately its next to a busy road, so can’t leave windows open at night and being ground floor, can’t leave gym open during the day when out. No microwave as listed, couldn't get the TV in lounge to work. Young children live above, so if using sofa bed there’s no sleep after 7am. King size and double bed comfy. Kitchen good too. Not bad for price, good if only using main beds.
Brand new renovation, new photos coming. Kitchen and bathroom represent the standard of work done. Managed by a professional Proximity to the city center; 1 stop to London Bridge Luxurious amenities such as a 14 pump jacuzzi. Top of the range kitchen appliances such as a double oven, dishwasher. Wooden floors; clean and tidy.
