We’re sorry this stay started off frustratingly and appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarification for future guests. Our contact information is included with the listing and in the communications sent prior to arrival, and our team is available to assist guests regardless of the platform used to book. We did provide compensation for the inconvenience experienced with communication at the beginning of the stay. Regarding the community amenities, the pool, spa, gym, and clubhouse are HOA-managed facilities with established operating hours, which are disclosed in the listing and posted at the facility. The guest reported that the key fob was not working; however, after investigating, the fob was tested and confirmed to be functioning properly. Unfortunately, attempts to access the facilities outside of the HOA’s operating hours cannot be resolved by our team, as we do not control those hours. We’re also sorry to hear about the condition of the carpet. This is a pet-friendly home and the property is professionally cleaned, including professional carpet cleaning as needed. If an accident or staining from a previous guest is identified, we work to address it as quickly as possible. Our calls include a recording notification at the beginning of the call, and we stand behind our team members who work hard to assist guests professionally and respectfully. We understand that the beginning of this stay was frustrating, which is why compensation was provided. However, we do want to clarify that the advertised community amenities were available during their posted operating hours, and our team investigated the concerns brought to our attention during the stay.
