Serenity Lakefront Cottages presents New Beginnings Cottage. A renovated fishing cabin that is a 2-bedroom cottage for your relaxing getaway. This cottage is second tier, with a view of the water, but not waterfront. Waterfront is approx. 150’ away and available to all guest at Serenity Lakefront Cottages. This cottage features a fully screened in porch with seating for morning coffee or late-night conversation with views of the water through the shade trees. Cottage style kitchen features full size appliances. Vintage table and retro chairs in the dining room complete the farmhouse modern feel. Bathroom features a 19" deep tub for soaking with tile surround, tub table, and original 1940's sink on a custom vanity. Cozy bedroom with queen bed on the northwest side for lazy mornings under the ceiling fan. Second, light and bright bedroom with a queen bed and an area to relax when you are not out on the water. Charcoal grill provided steps out the kitchen door with seating to enjoy the outdoors. TV with Roku and Netflix account for your indoor entertainment, along with cards, games, and a selection of books for family fun. Outdoor shower coming soon to rinse off from the lake. Private firepit and chairs behind the cottage for a quiet evening outdoors.
The property features a Zero entry "beach" into a no-wake cove for family fun or floating around. The Little Gravois cove is a shallower cove, perfect for relaxing and lake fun. Little ones can splash on the gentle slope into the water. Lake front pavilion with hanging chairs with a great view. Kayak rentals are available on request. Large fire pit available at the waterfront for guest use. Currently 3 kayaks are available. Fresh water stream at end of cove that can be traveled for approximately a mile, water clears, fish schools and turtles have been observed underwater.
Boat slip10x30' complimentary with rental. Coconuts is approximately 4 miles by water, the pubic boat ramp in Gravois Mills is approximately 1 mile by water. Cottage is very close to the Jacob's Cave swap area. The Cottage is Lake View, Not Lake Front.
