The exclusive villa Penelope is a fully equipped holiday home which is located in a private luxury development (called Bahiazul). The villa comes complete with private pool (heated from 1st November to 31st May),air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, television, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, satety box and private parking. On the private roof terrace there is jacuzzi, a BBQ, a pergola with table and chairs and sunbeds. Guests at the villa can also benefit from the on site facilities which include the Bikiny Bar, Restaurant and private SPA. The villa is in a peaceful part of Corralejo, yet only 5 minutes by car from town and the wonderful natural park of the Dunes.

The nearest supermarket is just 10 minutes walking or 2 minutes driving

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus befindet sich innerhalb einer größeren Anlage, die aus Reihenhäusern besteht. Es gibt ein Restaurant und ein Spa- Center. Sowohl die Anlage als auch die Unterkunft sind Top- gepflegt, sehr sauber, das Personal ist mega- nett. Aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten bietet das Haus nur wenig Privatsphäre. Die Terrasse und der Poolbereich bestehen komplett aus Beton, der mit weißer Lackfarbe gestrichen ist; der Fußboden ist dadurch sehr rutschig. Zu den Nachbarn trennen Betonwände, ebenfalls weiß lackiert. Der Pool ist für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet. Auf dem Dach kann man sich sonnen, es gibt eine Grill mit Essbereich und man kann tollen, beheizbaren Jacuzzi genießen. Ein Supermarkt ist praktisch vor der Haustür. Bis in die Stadt, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum nächsten Strand ca. 10 Minuten. Obwohl das Haus für 6 Personen angeboten wird, würde ich nicht mehr als 4 empfehlen. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation vorort läuft meist über WhatsApp und ist wirklich einwandfrei! Alle Fragen werden kurzfristig beantwortet. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

I’d like to inform you that we will be adding some sand to the paint of the external surfaces to make them less slippery when wet. We will be doing it during first week in November this year.
