House quite charming, and very cozy. Ideal for relaxing and spending an unforgettable vacation. It has 5 suites of high standard, in condominium in Costa do Sauipe, with 24H security. There are 1. 700m2 of land with a lot of privacy. All infrastructure associated with the best of nature. Multisport court, tennis, sauna and golf.
It also has all air-conditioned suites, large and comfortable rooms with high standard furniture. The pool has been fully modified and expanded with whirlpool for added comfort. The landscaping interacts harmoniously with the house. The crossing to the private beach is by an electric boat 100 meters from the house and 2 minutes from the sea. 24 hour security makes the condominium a perfect leisure, a paradise.
The house is 5 minutes from the village of the complex, where there are shops and restaurants, as well as a lot of music and nightly shows.
