Chateau Relaxeau is at the best location on the lake with breathtaking views of Smith Mountain and easy lake access to many restaurants, marinas, state park hiking trails, kids activities, parks, wineries, etc. There's plenty of space for large groups both indoor and out, 2 large stationary docks and 2 floating docks for enjoying the lake. 20’ and 16’.

The home features a spacious, open floor plan with large windows overlooking the lake providing amazing mountain views. Fully furnished with WiFi, 2 large LED TVs and lots of room for family/friends indoor and out. Provides all of the lake amenities that you could ask for, including 2 Kayaks for your enjoyment, a Raised Fire Pit Patio, Oversized Docks, Private Swimming Area from Floating Dock, Large Decks, Game/Rec Room, Large LED TVs, Foosball Table, Air Hockey table, Skee Ball Machine, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Boat Anchoring and more!

Upstairs has a large living room with 60" Flat Panel TV, DVD Player, a well equipped kitchen for cooking and eating with large groups, and 4 bedrooms (see bed sizes below). Downstairs has a large Rec Room, Theater Area, Large 75" Flat Panel TV, Foosball, Card Table and 1 additional Bedroom. Both the upstairs and downstairs lead out to large outdoor spaces which are a convenient ways to enjoy the views and lake. Upper deck features 2 gas grills and abundant seating and tables for maximizing time outdoors even during meals.

Nice and calm place perfect for a large group or a family trip. It has a large living room everyone can hang out with, and there’s plenty of space for small group entertainment as well. Def recommend if you’re visiting the SML.

This property has an amazing view. The owners provided great details about the property and the surrounding area. The house was very clean and comfortable for our extended family group of eight adults. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards and kayaks, and docking our rental boat was very easy. The cove is quiet and the outdoor space felt very private. Overall, we had a great week at this property!

The location on Smith Mountain Lake provided beautiful views from all angles. The property was well maintained, stocked with all the necessities, and had plenty of space for large family gatherings.

Great Stay

This home was everything that we needed for a winter get away. The space was perfect for everyone to be together, have fun, and be as active as they wanted to be. Both the indoors and outdoors were everything we could have asked for in our vacation. We would definitely visit again!

Great Lake house

Beautiful view of the lake from a wonderful house that suited our group (2 families) perfectly. We rented a boat from a local marina and tied it up to one of the floating docks and used the other for fishing. Great stay - would definitely come back!

Mark and Emily have such a gem of a spot on smith mountain lake!! They are responsive and the house is located in such a great area of the lake. Tip, please get up early and see the beautiful sunrise! The view is incredible!

Had a great time. House was very cozy and had such a great view of the lake. Very quiet area with very little activity on the lake during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cookware and house was very clean. Will be back next year!
