A truly a unique home. Perched above Smith Mountain Lake located on the Blackwater. Completed in March of 2025, be among the first to enjoy this large 4 bed log home. Each bedroom is en suite with a full bath. Enjoy lazy afternoons in the redwood gazebo with gentle breezes rising from the lake or indulge in every lake activity you love. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was well stocked with books, games and puzzles. The pool table was beautiful. You could do as much or as little as you wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. I would highly recommend this rental.

Inviting and Enjoyable; yet Tranquil

Lots of room, comfortable. Beautiful quiet mornings on the deck with coffee. Great place for a gathering with friends, games and space available.

Beautiful cabin

A peaceful spot with a beautiful back deck offering beautiful lake views. Extremely clean! The cabin was spacious with a cozy feel, and my family of 7 was extremely comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions right away.

This is a brand new house set-up for family gatherings. The basement has its own tv and pool table for the late night crowd. Upstairs has the same tv setup w nice kitchen table and good kitchen for group cooking. Upstairs bedrooms are both nice. All bedrooms have walkin showers. The stairs getting to the lake are steep so care is needed there. Overall a grwat place for us.

There was a secondary company that charged a fee. This was not stated upfront, only AFTER a down payment was made.There is a smal window in the living room, so to see the lake, u have to intentionally go stand in front of the window. I could feel a cold draft in the living room.

Host answered questions in a timely manner. The house was comfortable, with plenty of room for the four of us . The steep steps to the dock were slippery due to the rain and wet leaves. It was a relaxing four days.
