Guests can access the pool from the stairs just off the kitchen or from the lower level.

The upper level of the home has a second living area for everyone to enjoy and relax. Sit by the fireplace or watch your favorite show. The ocean view balcony features a couch and chairs letting you enjoy the view of the ocean, kayakers and hang gliders. The primary bedroom located just off the living area is a large private sanctuary featuring a king bed, gas fireplace and a 50 inch TV, an expansive bathroom features custom green marble. Relax in the soaking tub while taking in the views of the beach and shoreline. French doors off of the primary suite also access the ocean view balcony. The oversize bathroom and closets give you ample room for getting ready for a day out or at the beach.

The lower level features a family area with a TV and a work area; the perfect place to hang out after a day at the pool. The family area has direct access to the pool and hot tub. The patio just off of the family area also has an outdoor dining area. There are two additional bedrooms each with king beds and a shared full bathroom.

The waterfall pool is the perfect spot to relax or enjoy the oversized hot tub. The pool area features tropical foliage and seating to enjoy the tranquility. There is also a pool bathroom next to the hot tub.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
