Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn down heat to 56 (winter) or turn AC off (summer)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Key must remain in lockbox at all times. Back entrance is the main entrance. Side porch may also be used. Hope Street entrance is not to be used.
Tie trash bags securely and place in green bin. Place recycling in the blue bin. Trash is collected every Friday.
Washer/dryer located on second floor. Please clean lint trap after each use. Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM
